The project

Originally founded as a property development company, Boultbee Brooks has in recent years begun to diversify, developing different areas of the business. From premium commercial and high-end residential properties, to investing in renewable energies and developing the property marketing platform Studio Space, the company is as forward-thinking as when it was founded in 1987.
A brand refresh was called for to represent these various arms of the business, creating a framework for further business interests to be accommodated within the brand.

Our approach

After reviewing the existing website, it was agreed that removing the property portfolio would result in a much simpler look. The aim was to bring the other business interests to the fore, giving everything equal billing.
Evolved from the original company marque, a new suite of varying 'b' logos was developed to represent the different aspects of the business, each having its own character and colour palette. The website was designed and rebuilt to be super-simple, functional and clear, with matching tone of voice and copywriting.
